What is fat filled milk powder?
Fat filled milk powder (FFMP) blends skimmed milk solids with vegetable fat instead of milk fat. It gives a creamy taste and mouthfeel in drinks and recipes at a lower cost than full cream milk powder, and the instant process helps it disperse quickly in hot or cold water.
Our instant FFMP is used for tea and coffee, recombined dairy, bakery and confectionery. It is sold under our Looly and Asli brands, or packed under your own label.
