Instant Full Cream Milk Powder (IFCMP)
Instant full cream milk powder is whole milk dried into a powder that keeps its natural milk fat. The instant process helps it wet and disperse quickly, even in cold water, so it mixes into creamy milk with little stirring.
Our IFCMP is made for direct consumption and for tea, coffee and karak at home, in cafés and in food service kitchens. It is sold under our Alif Milk, Dairy Queen and Asli brands, or under your own label.

Instant Fat Filled Milk Powder (FFMP)
Fat filled milk powder blends skimmed milk solids with vegetable fat instead of milk fat. It is a cost-efficient alternative to full cream milk powder, with a creamy taste and mouthfeel in drinks and recipes.
Our instant FFMP is used for tea and coffee, recombined dairy, bakery and confectionery. It is sold under our Looly and Asli brands, or under your label.

WMP · Whole milk
Whole Milk Powder (WMP)
Whole milk powder is full-fat milk with the water removed. Under the Codex standard for milk powders (CXS 207-1999), whole milk powder carries at least 26% and less than 42% milk fat, at most 5% water, and at least 34% milk protein in milk solids-not-fat.
We supply WMP as a rich dairy ingredient for beverages, bakery, confectionery and industrial formulations, in kraft bags with an inner liner.

SMP · Skimmed milk
Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP, 34% protein)
Skimmed milk powder is made from milk with almost all of the fat removed, so it is high in protein and low in fat. Ours has a minimum of 34% protein and a maximum of 1.25% fat, within the Codex limit of 1.5% milk fat for skimmed milk powder.
We supply low-heat and medium-heat grades. Low-heat SMP keeps more of its natural whey proteins and suits recombined milk, dairy drinks and cultured products; medium-heat SMP suits prepared mixes, ice cream and confectionery.

Whey powder is made from the whey left after cheese making. Demineralised whey has part of its natural minerals removed; in D40, about 40% of the minerals are taken out, giving a milder taste for sweet applications.

What is instant full cream milk powder (IFCMP)?
IFCMP is whole milk dried into powder that keeps its natural milk fat, processed so it disperses quickly in hot or cold water. It is used for household milk, tea, coffee and karak. Ours has 26% fat and 24% protein minimum.
What is fat filled milk powder made of?
Fat filled milk powder (FFMP) is a blend of skimmed milk solids and vegetable fat in powdered form. It gives a creamy taste at a lower cost than full cream milk powder. Ours has 28% fat in five protein grades: 24%, 20%, 15%, 10–12% and 6–8%.
Which milk powder is best for tea and karak?
Instant Full Cream Milk Powder gives the richest, creamiest cup. Instant Fat Filled Milk Powder gives a similar creamy result at a lower price. Both are available in sachets from 20 g, and in tins and 2.5 kg packs for cafés.
How much protein is in your skimmed milk powder?
Our skimmed milk powder has a minimum of 34% protein and a maximum of 1.25% fat. It is available in low-heat and medium-heat grades in 25 kg kraft bags.
What does D40 demineralised whey mean?
D40 is whey powder with about 40% of its natural minerals removed. It has a milder, less salty taste than standard whey powder and is used in confectionery, bakery and beverages. Ours has 11% protein minimum.
What pack sizes do you offer?
Retail sachets of 20 g, 250 g, 400 g, 900 g, 1.8 kg, 2.25 kg and 2.5 kg; tins of 400 g, 900 g, 1.8 kg, 2.25 kg and 2.5 kg; and kraft paper bags with an inner liner in 5, 10 and 25 kg for industry.

How long does your milk powder keep?
Stored cool and dry in unopened packs, our milk powders keep for 12 to 24 months, and our flavoured instant milk powder for up to 24 months. No cold chain is needed before mixing.
Do you also supply butter and cheese?
Yes. Alongside our milk powders we supply Dairy Touch unsalted butter with 82.5% milk fat in 25 kg cartons, kept frozen, and mozzarella cheese, shredded or in blocks. Specifications are confirmed with each quotation.
